Cloud Hosting & Data Policy

Policy

Published policy for Jyotiba IT Solutions website, products and services. Project-specific agreements may contain additional or overriding terms where stated.

Jyotiba IT Solutions operates and manages its own cloud infrastructure for hosting supported applications and business solutions.

Our infrastructure is designed to provide businesses with a managed environment for running their applications without requiring them to maintain their own server infrastructure.

Hosting Responsibility

Depending on the selected product or project, Jyotiba IT Solutions may manage:

  • Application hosting
  • Server infrastructure
  • Database hosting
  • System monitoring
  • Software deployment
  • Security updates
  • Backup processes
  • Infrastructure maintenance

Specific hosting arrangements may vary according to the selected service plan or project agreement.

Customer Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of the business data stored within their applications.

Hosting customer data on Jyotiba IT Solutions infrastructure does not transfer ownership of that data to Jyotiba IT Solutions.

Access Control

Infrastructure and administrative access are restricted to authorized personnel where required for system administration, support, maintenance, security, or troubleshooting.

Backup & Recovery

Backups may be maintained according to the applicable product, hosting plan, or project agreement.

Backup frequency, retention period, recovery expectations, and disaster recovery requirements may differ depending on the solution.

Where a customer requires specific recovery objectives or additional backup arrangements, these should be defined separately.

Maintenance

Infrastructure may occasionally require maintenance, security updates, upgrades, or other technical work.

Where practical, planned maintenance will be managed to minimize disruption to customer operations.

Service Availability

We work to maintain reliable service availability; however, no infrastructure can guarantee uninterrupted availability under all circumstances.

Availability requirements, service commitments, and any applicable SLA should be governed by the relevant commercial agreement.

For product-, project-, subscription- or plan-specific commitments, refer to the applicable proposal, quotation, subscription, support arrangement or written agreement.
